Ingredients:

Caramel syrup

2 boxes (50g each) Maria Mole (Brazilian Store)

1 cup boiling water

1 cup coconut milk

1 can creme de leite

1 can condensed milk

 

Instructions:

Add caramel to bundt pan, and spread it with a spatula. Reserve.

 

Add boiling water to Maria Mole mix, stir until completely dissolved. 

In a mixer with cake paddle, add Maria Mole mixture, coconut milk, creme de leite and condensed milk. Mix well.

Pour mixture into the bundt pan.

Refrigerate overnight.

 

Before serving it, run a plastic knife around the pan to loosen it up, and turn the Maria Mole pudding upside down on a serving plate with raised edges, so the caramel does not spill out.

 

Keep leftovers refrigerated.
