Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 cans condensed milk
2 cans of milk (use condensed milk can)
8 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Chocolate sprinkles
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Coat bundt pan with PAN or butter.
Add eggs to the mixer and mix for 5 minutes.
Add condensed milk and milk. Mix well.
Add cocoa powder. Mix Well
Pour mixture into the pan.
Place bundt pan into a 13 x 9 pan.
Add water to 13 x 9 pan filling up half way.
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a toothpick come out clean.
Cool the Brigadeirão to room temperature and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving it, run a plastic knife around the pan to loosen it up, and turn the Brigadeirão upside down on a serving plate. Sprinkle it with chocolate sprinkles.
Keep leftovers refrigerated.
