Yield: 10 (½ cups)
Ingredients:
1 can Creme de Leite – Table Cream (Brazilian Store)
1 can condensed milk
½ cup lime juice
Lime zest
Instructions:
In a blender add Creme de Leite and condensed milk and blend until creamy.
Add lime juice and blend until creamy.
More time the mixture is in the blender, more light and airy it will be.
Pour mousse into a bowl or into small cups.
Decorate with lime zest.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

The recipe for today is Mousse de Limão – Lime Mousse.
It is a super easy summer dessert. It can be frozen or it can be the filling of a pie crust with some whipped cream on top!
