Hi Everyone,
The recipe for today is Maria Mole – Brazilian Marshmallow, and it looks like fresh marshmallows with coconut coating. It is very easy to make, even though it takes a little while in the mixer to get the right consistency. It is worth the wait…
The first time I made Maria Mole for my family, my daughter asked me what it was, and I said “clouds”, well this is how Maria Mole nickname became “clouds” in my home.
Check this recipe out on the recipe page and watch my video on You Tube.
