Yield: 12 (½ cups)

 

Ingredients:

1 (4oz) strawberry Jell-O

½ cup of boiling water

½ cup cold water

 

1 LB strawberries

1 can Creme de Leite – Table Cream (Brazilian Store)

1 can condensed milk

 

strawberries for decoration (optional)

whipped cream (optional)

 

Instructions:

Dissolve Jell-O in a ½ cup of boiling water, and then add ½ cup of cold water.

Clean and cut strawberries into quarters.

In a blender add strawberries and Jell-O, and blend until creamy.

Add Creme de Leite and blend until creamy.

Add condensed milk and blend until creamy.

More time the mixture is in the blender, more bubbles it will be in the mousse, making it lighter.

Pour mousse into a bowl or into small cups.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Decorate with whipped cream and strawberries (optional).
