Ingredients:

Caramel Syrup

6 eggs

2 cans condensed milk

2 cans of milk (use condensed milk can)

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Add caramel to bundt pan, and spread it with a spatula. Reserve.

 

Add eggs to the mixer and mix for 5 minutes.

Add condensed milk and milk. Mix well.

Pour mixture into the pan.

Place bundt pan into a 13 x 9 pan.

Add water to 13 x 9 pan filling up half way.

 

Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool the milk pudding to room temperature and refrigerate overnight.

 

Before serving it, run a plastic knife around the pan to loosen it up, and turn the milk pudding upside down on a serving plate with borders, so the caramel does not spill out.

 

Keep leftovers refrigerated.
